Photos uploaded to our platform are processed for photo compliance and are not stored permanently. Contact information shared during onboarding — such as your name, email address, and business details — is used only for project delivery and communication related to your white-label platform.

We do not collect any information beyond what is necessary to deliver your platform and provide support.

How We Use Your Data

Data collected during onboarding is used solely to deliver the white-label platform and provide associated support. Your information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or any other commercial purpose.

We may use your contact details to send delivery updates, invoices, or service-related communications. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time by emailing us.

Photo Processing

Uploaded photos are processed either client-side (in the browser, without leaving your device) or temporarily server-side for AI-powered background removal and compliance checks. Any photos processed server-side are deleted immediately after processing and are not retained in any storage system.

We do not use uploaded photos for training machine learning models or any purpose beyond the immediate processing request.

Cookies & Tracking

The white-label platform does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts. Basic session cookies may be used to maintain functionality during a user’s visit. No personal data is collected through these cookies.

Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. All data transmission between our servers and your browser is encrypted via HTTPS/SSL.
